This may be a good company, but I had a bad experience.I called for a mechanic to come out.Once he did, he had to leave again to go get some parts WE ASKED TO BRING. Unfortunately once he left he never came back or returned any of my calls Very unprofessional. Made my day on the side of the road 4 hours longer.

DUBS Big Rigs Repair is THE place to take your truck. Customer service is top-notch, the mechanical work is straight 🔥, and they get you back on the road FAST. No runaround, no excuses—just solid work done right the first time. If you want your rig handled by people who actually know what they’re doing, this is it. Highly recommend 💪🚛

Response to the review below: We appreciate your feedback and the opportunity to address your concerns. Your truck was brought to our shop inoperable and had to be towed in. Our mechanic worked diligently for three consecutive days to diagnose and repair the electrical issues. While the invoice reflected the cost of extensive labor and parts, we did not charge the full amount for the actual time spent. It’s important to note that when you left our shop, your truck was running and drivable—unlike the condition it was in upon arrival. We always aim to provide honest service and fair pricing, and we regret that you feel otherwise.
